In a new ad, U.S. Sen. John Cornyn‘s re-election campaign touts his record, saying he’s “conservative like Texas.” The 30-second spot mentions that Cornyn has voted “time and time again against Obamcare” and that he was rated the second-most conservative U.S. senator by the National Journal. Cornyn, who was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 2002, is up for re-election in 2014.
